Great to see some businesses going into there. More businesses = more people. The last time I passed by there, I remember all of the main floor units being vacant.

This is great news for the downtown gym market! Anytime's membership fees are lower than any of the other gyms in the area (even YMCA), and they are 24/7.

We used to go to the one south of Whyte before Covid and it was a good, inexpensive option, and a convenient one for super early birds like us. I hope it sticks around when fancier ones failed.
