I grew up in similar courtyard type buildings in Poland. The communist era ones were ugly as sin but every last one had a green space in the centre with benches for the olds and simple playgrounds for the littles. They were community hubs. And a pleasant place to overlook. I'll never understand North America's endless obsession with parking.

That'll be so nice. I remember back when Century Park was first unveiled, I had high hopes for it.

This will be ok, but I am happy to see a more urban element included and finally connections to the LRT for the broader community.

I used to lurk on SSP back in the day, and remember the old version, it was very cool.
