Competition is getting fierce, and there also seems to be a pretty strong market for smaller living units paired with great shared amenities.

I drove by there yesterday and can confirm it’s definitely not under construction

First tower by my count 28 second tower 35.

The article from Daily Hive say tower two is 30 floors, but then again I'm not sure I'd trust their info. Could easily be 35 like the rendering.

Either way it looks like construction is very close.
