Agreed, but even so, it's nice to see something well-designed and well-built that doesn't look like it'll age within a week with crap siding and questionable colour choices. This makes such a difference for that street!

I hope that actually that the city decides to improve the sidewalk area as they did one block east of here. It would be really nice to see this little stretch of area expand the pedestrian realm from Whyte Avenue proper

Love the brick and glass. Nice and simple without any crazy colours just for the sake of them is nice. I'm not a fan of the tetris style or whatever that might be going up a portion of the tower but there are worse things for sure. Well done. Here's to good uptake and continued buildout.

I call it the Mondrian effect, and I agree, it's entirely unnecessary. But I do love the dark brick!

I like it too. The "Tetris" thing doesn't bother me because of where it is. This forum is funny sometimes. We complain about how developers here just seem to mail it in when it comes to the buildings they design, but then complain when one of does something different.
