Not only will filling this space make the building feel more attractive, but also having food without having to go outside or some distance is also appealing to those who work there.

I am surprised some larger buildings either still don't have anything or are apparently getting rid of of what they have now.
 
With people moving back to the office time it makes sense we see food halls reopen. And better when its quality. Just as I stop working downtown though.
Bird should merge their 170th office and the Stuart Olson office to a single office downtown ;)

When I was there there was talk about consolidation with the Industrial Office. We were going to move to the offices by Walmart near the Henday and Stoney Plain rd. But that few through. They expanded the south side Stuart Offices. I am no longer there now but moving to the west end would have been easier commute. Also you wont see them move downtown. the 2 locations are easier to get in and out of. I am back in Consulting and in the west end.
