No, and they want to move fast on this based on what I've heard, at least as of now - permitting (DP/BP) through summer/fall. I don't think anyone here will be too disappointed with the design if it stays as is.I can confirm it’s not Eagle

Calgary will have its new arena ready for the 2028 World Cup of hockey and hockey fans there are livid that they'll host some qualifying games while Edmonton will host the semi finals and final game. Katz evidently was willing to pony up more coin than Edwards on a bid to host the important games.
