They pound out a lot of what I'd call the real estate equivalent of AI slop. All that ghetto retail they build contributes nothing to the city other than a perpetual migraine. It's dreck.

It is not that, he is overall a very good business person and seems successful with what he takes on, even quite different things from his initial business, like development and sports.

Before he took over the Oilers, they were not doing so well financially but they have really become one of the better NHL franchises despite us not being one of the largest markets.
 
Considering the cost of the team was about what a couple of overpasses cost, it always blew my mind that that city didn't buy them. And I was a kid back then.

They will be doing site servicing first, should commence this year for the dirt parking lots. The existing paved lot where the event park will go won’t see action this year until maybe after October fest weather dependent. Might be some more preliminary work here and there on event site but they will be running events the rest of the year.

Wait what?! Isn’t this joint collab between Saddlebags and Shipton? I thought for sure they’d break ground this year on land servicing, Fan Park, Mini-Rogers Palce and the first of 2 buildings? 2 X 14 to be precise as per your words. What has changed?
