It is not that, he is overall a very good business person and seems successful with what he takes on, even quite different things from his initial business, like development and sports.

They will be doing site servicing first, should commence this year for the dirt parking lots. The existing paved lot where the event park will go won’t see action this year until maybe after October fest weather dependent. Might be some more preliminary work here and there on event site but they will be running events the rest of the year.Any updates on this one?
