Looks like the 2nd building is going to start catching up with the first one.
 
I'm really loving how this development is just one amongst a bunch of developments being built along the capital line and the Valley Line.
I hope that more and more developments can find their way to be built along the LRT lines especially in the areas that are perhaps not as conventionally considered as places for residential and or mixed use buildings.

Description: The City has received a rezoning application from TrudoUrbani. The current zone is a Site Specific Development Control Zone (DC2.1230) and the proposed zone is a Direct Control Zone (DC) which would allow: - Adjustments to the rooftop area of two mid-rise buildings, known collectively as Metro 78, from residential amenity space to restaurant space. - The introduction of regulations specific to the rooftop restaurant spaces to limit their size (max. 300 m2), require screening and other mitigating measures. - All other key characteristics of the existing DC2.1230 will be maintained, including height, density and appearance. In the Scona District Plan, the site is located within the 114 Street Secondary Corridor.
