Just need ECC and the 101 St lot to have similar podium glossiness and we've got a great urban environment.

New ownership could be a great opportunity and time for ECC, particularly the western side to be improved. Unfortunately, 101 Street seems to be turning into a debacle.

Well in their defense, they have a fairly good seniors discount day but I hope they take it easy on the vinyl advertising signs (none would be even better here), this is a fairly upscale office building not a strip mall.
