Nothing here is better than what was there IMO. Procura can sell the site to someone else if they can't/don't want to proceed with Sedona

It is about 50% demolished at the moment. I think they are literally taking it apart piece by piece. They must love LEGO.

Wonder if this will only be a partial demo and the plan is to just cap the foundation/substructure for possible reuse in a later development?

Otherwise I am pretty sure the u/g parking is under a fair portion of the surface lot so a full demo here would leave a pretty big ugly hole in the hill side. Not ideal given there’s not much evidence Procura will be in a rush to build anything here.

This is indeed what is happening - new build will be on top of the existing foundation.
