I could see that as well - I know Marriott is looking for a potential relocation of the Courtyard by Marriott hotel (that was a former office that was converted to a hotel, so not purpose-built)...

I want Marriott out, the space to get gutted, and the best patio in the city to get the operator it truly deserves.

I am all in on a Marriott property mixed with Residential (most likely) or Office ... and there are a few)

I'll throw a hail mary on the wishlist: Servus ditches the suburban campus and comes downtown.

If it is a hotel it will be one of the Premium Brands. JW is there now so nothing higher than premium.

What are the chances that Marriott moves Westin to here and then converts the existing Westin hotel into another of their brands if the current Westin is no longer at Westin standards?
