What hours were these photos taken?

Is everything fully open to the public now?

Facility looks amazing, I just was hoping to see more people enjoying it in the photos 😂

Looks to be the soft opening before the Grande opening. Be interesting to have the rest of the facility operating when I am on the track this weekend. As for the total cost Cycling and Triathalon also brought in money for this facility.

No it has no hockey arena but some cycling infrastructure.
I was told they have put well over 400 New people through the accreditation course. That's people that have never been on a track before. And if you have ridden a bike I would say look at taking a course there. Its quite fun after you get by the first few minutes on the banking.

First Competition is this weekend. Jan 23-25 AV Western Challenge and Junior test even. followed a week later with the National Junior Champs. We do have Juniors at the Elite world level so this should be fun to watch. This will be a chance to have all systems running and tested.

My max speed so far on the track was 49.9 kph on the weekend. A little faster each week.

We're definitely planning to come to one of these events. Cannot wait to see this gorgeous space in the flesh! Neither one of us is really interested in pursuing riding track, but it sure is fun to watch, from the wobbly youngsters who look far too small for their bikes, to the speedy almost-pros.
Its was fun just to do the certification and then the accreditation rides. Then I got the bug and took the structured training course. Better than sitting in front of the computer. Met a women yesterday that only road her MTB but is having fun on the track. If you can ride a bike I suggest looking at the certification rides. If you don't line it you don't have to continue.
