Guessing Eagle since your company seems to do a lot of work with them and people panned the newer Century project that is under construction (though I think it will turn out fine once they put the exterior cladding on). I will say, if it is DER & Associates, they might as well cancel the project now.

As @Avenuer speculated, Shugarman had a planning role in ICE I, but not much say in terms of Architecture which was split between Hariri Pontarini (hotel), Dialog (unbuilt proposed apartment) and Stantec (Edmonton's tallest). I would guess that Dialog has the inside track with OEG et al.

They're the most Edmonton developer out there these days it seems, with their new projects seemingly ripped from the breast of Leduc.

What's wrong with Ever Red? Rhodium and the coming (?) building by Concordia seem pretty good.

^agreed. Obviously, they have a variety of product types, target markets and assets classes, but overall they are pretty good and are only accelerating investment in this area.

First renderings are out. Two 14 storey rental buildings on the SW corner of 106 Ave/103 Street. Townhomes on the bottom with a 3 storey parkade. Unfortunately can’t post renderings yet.
