While I still want something with brick and that fits in more with the character/theme of Warehouse District here, it will be nice to see more of the parking lots gone in this area. It will really change the feel of this area.

DP approved yesterday (Nov 4, 2025):
To construct a Residential building (201 Dwellings of Multi-unit Housing), with an underground parkade.

Ugh. The cookies from that cutter are already stale. Hard pass. I'd rather keep that parking lot going another 5-10 years until market conditions are more conducive to something more inspirational than this.
