I drove along the VLW route today and I noticed a couple of things. First, looks like the guideway between WEM and Misericordia Stations has post-tensioned cable for the railings. Second, I noticed (at Misericordia) there were extended concrete girders on top of the piers (my apologies if my terminology is incorrect). Looks like that's part of the base for supporting the Misericordia Station.
