Nice if it is concrete; not a bad thing to have more options downtown. Renting in this building versus a stick-frame elsewhere. Nice to see some elements from Montreal's Griffintown show up here while still being broken up a bit. One of the downsides of Griffintown, in my opinion, is that some of the buildings appear somewhat drab due to the lack of varied elements.
