They've started installing bridge girders! Well, they started like two weeks ago, but nobody seemed to notice here!

I just drove by the other day... did not notice... But I was busy leaning out a window.

July 15 - arches are now completely freestanding and self-supporting; falsework has been moved to support building the bridge deck now, which is begun from both sides.
