Stadium area, Coliseum area, Belvedere area, Clareview area, Quarters area, Strathern area, Bonnie Doon area, Century Park area. Put station and high density to, 95st and LRT area should have a new station and exhibition lands new station and development.

The right developer needs to come along and build a nice mixed use development right next to the LRT station that will spur more projects to create a desirable TOD.

Wow, I know we love our cars here but I didn't think it was that crazy of a number.

At the very least need to be a primary consultant to guide what should be done.

I love how everytime something needs to be done, it is felt that a task force has to be formed to study what solutions are out there.

Definitely things seem to take too long. Any insight why this happens?

So another bump for this one topic. Anyone hear of any dates as to the reconstruction of the Harbin Gate on 97st? The space is waiting and ready and personally I can't wait to see more character brought back into the core.

Taken May 3, 2024 Definitely this area is actually looking like a community. The houses are almost right up to the school on the west side along the main road. Buildings are almost getting to the lake which will better tie the community together. I just hope that they will have some mixed...

Funny thing is that the section of the mall closest to Ice district could really be busy with the right retailers and restaurants., especially with good street interaction. This building too just needs to interact with the street more, especially the 104st side.

If they really don't want people to cross in certain areas they should put up fences. I think they feel they must regulate things like the high floor line even though they pushed this line as something very different than the old train and its right of way.

I think purhaps also a case of biting off more than you can chew. I think they should have focused on Century Park and downtown/109 and Jasper. Finish those projects completely and then move on.

Admittedly I prefer seeing 1 tower projects. At least when you start seeing construction you know that the building should get completed, multi tower, multi building projects can and usually get changed, downsized, etc...
