    Funny thing is that the section of the mall closest to Ice district could really be busy with the right retailers and restaurants., especially with good street interaction. This building too just needs to interact with the street more, especially the 104st side.

    If they really don't want people to cross in certain areas they should put up fences. I think they feel they must regulate things like the high floor line even though they pushed this line as something very different than the old train and its right of way.

    Admittedly I prefer seeing 1 tower projects. At least when you start seeing construction you know that the building should get completed, multi tower, multi building projects can and usually get changed, downsized, etc...
