The new two-storey commercial building by Pagaro Investments and designed by Arc Studio is located at 6000 Gateway Boulevard. Over 10,000 square-feet of commercial retail space is available for lease, demisable up to 6 separate units starting from 1,159 square-feet.
Tiny Hoppers Daycare has already been secured for the second floor space.
Being located on Gateway, a major arterial road and commuter route with over 35,300 cars traveling by daily, the building will have 79 surface parking stalls available for tenants and customers.
The building is anticipated to be complete in summer of 2020.
