The George is set to be joined by a bigger sibling soon; The Willow is proposed for the property just south on the other side of 109A Avenue. Casia Developments and Brian Allsopp Architect are currently in the process of rezoning the parcel to allow for 115 units in an 8-storey building. The rezoning is tentatively scheduled for a Public Hearing on March 31.
