Two months since we reported on site prep taking place for InHouse by Beaverbrook's CX Grandin project, and the excavation of the site has dug deep and appears to have reached the bottom.

Foundation structures are starting to appear at the bottom of the pit, while the remaining soil continues to be removed from within the shored walls. 146 vehicle parking stalls and substantial bicycle parking will be provided in the underground portion of the building.

When complete, the GEC Architecture-designed CX Grandin will offer 222 residential rental units in a 21-story tower just two blocks from Grandin LRT station, including 8 townhouse units lining 110 Street. Future residents will also be well-located near many shopping and restaurant amenities including the nearby Save-On-Foods at Canterra Centre.
