After breaking ground in July, Rohit Communities' Stadium Yards is progressing steadily on its underground parkade structure.

Recent photos of the site show nearly all columns and elevator shafts have been poured, with concrete currently being poured for the parkade floor.

Once the structure rises past grade, two 6-story residential buildings and one 2-story commercial building will emerge from the site. All designed by NORR, the residential buildings will add 247 residential units to the Boyle Street neighbourhood near Stadium LRT Station.

Stadium Yards is the first phase of redevelopment of the Muttart Lands, a new urban Transit-Oriented Development at Stadium LRT Station by Brookfield Residential which includes new residential, commercial, and urban parks on the former industrial property.
