About a month since our last look at the first phase of Southpark on Whyte, the building has shot up another two floors, with work now progressing on the 5th floor.

ONE Properties and Wheaton Properties partnered with GBL Architects to design the first building of four planned for the vicinity. When complete, this phase will add 98 residential units and 15,700 square-feet of retail space to Whyte Avenue.

Future phases of the Southpark on Whyte project are expected to add approximately another 750 residential units and 11,000 square-feet of retail space to the area, including buildings up to 16 stories on 81 Avenue.
