It's been 14 months since we last looked in on construction at Belgravia Square; at the time, excavation was underway and nearly complete. Today, the site looks very different, with the four-story building now topped off.

Dark brick cladding and curtainwall glazing is now making its way around the 69-unit residential building by Niche Developments and Fleming Developments, located at the intersection of 76 Avenue and 115 Street.

Designed by Calgary-based MoDA, the building will also include wood accents on the north-east corner as a warmer contrast to the brick.

Future residents of Belgravia Square will find themselves well-located kitty-corner to neighbourhood amenities such as a coffee shop and a bistro, as well as directly situated on a major bike route that connects to the river valley, and just one block from McKernan Belgravia LRT station.
