The city is expected to show the proposed "phase 2" alignment of the line along with station locations and designs of the expansion which will take the line from Blatchford to Campbell Road near St. Albert. Phase 1, expected to begin construction next year, will extend the line into the developing Blatchford neighbourhood on the former City Centre airport lands, and will also include a new, permanent station for NAIT.
