Eighteen months since our last update, and Beljan Development's Box Haus retrofit project in Strathcona is now complete. The site of the former Alberta Dental Association building at 8230 105 Street, just north of Whyte Ave, has been vastly transformed, its simple, Mid-Century Modern facade updated with a mix of new glass, wood paneling, and a large neon sign.

Located in the heart of Old Strathcona, the re-purposed two-storey commercial space will be an excellent opportunity for local retailers, restaurateurs, and other professionals and artists to take advantage of a very unique offering.

Walking distance to the bustling Whyte Ave corridor, and featuring 15 parking spaces, Box Haus is convenient for tenants and customers alike. Inside and out, Box Haus has involved a thorough makeover, the site to serve the local community for years to come.
