Joining a number of new proposals in the west end of Jasper Avenue in Oliver, new renderings have appeared for a project dubbed J123.

The project was presented to the Edmonton Design Committee on July 2, where representatives from DIALOG and the Toronto-based Streamliner Properties, presented a 30-storey residential tower proposal for the northwest corner of Jasper Ave and 123 St NW.

The proposed tower sits atop a 2-storey podium that will include approximately 5,000 square-feet of retail space along Jasper Ave and 123 St NW, and will include four residential townhouse units capping off the north end of the development.

The site is currently host to four small commercial buildings that would be demolished to make way for the new tower. The proposal joins numerous others popping up in the Oliver neighbourhood that will add potentially thousands of new residents, and create new retail experiences throughout the area.

SkyriseEdmonton will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
