The Pagaro Building is a recently announced commercial project located in Edmonton that is set to rise in the Calgary Trail North neighourhood just south of downtown. The project is poised to be a welcome commercial and retail addition to the burgeoning area.

Developed by Pagaro Investments, the project will rise two stories with 8,640 sq. ft. available on the ground floor and up to 10,075 sq. ft. available in the entire building. Additionally, there would be space for seven retail bays, and the development would feature 49 surface parking spaces located at the front of the structure.

Designed by local firm Arc Studio, the project features a very modern design with a glass curtain wall fronting the development. Due to its prominent exposure onto Gateway Blvd, renderings feature illuminated retail signage along the front of the building intended to attract foot and car traffic to the commercial and retail offerings available.

So far only one confirmed tenant has been announced which will be a Tiny Hoppers daycare centre that will operate out of the second floor of the building. The Pagaro Building is slated to begin construction sometime in 2019 with a completion date of spring 2020.
