The City of Edmonton's City Plan team is inviting all Edmontonians to take part in the City Plan Story Walks programming this weekend as part of the Big City Moves initiative. Interested members of the public of all ages are encouraged to check out the website, and pick one of several walking tours available, all of which are free and fully accessible.

For those who prefer to cycle, there will be a free Community Bike Tour on June 15, which will be conducted by the Bike Plan and City Plan teams. The tour will begin at the City Arts Centre at 10AM, and will take cyclists along several of the city's downtown and adjacent neighbourhood cycle routes. Participants will ride through Garneau, the Mill Creek Ravine, and Downtown.

For further information about the Big City Moves initiative, the above video (one of a series), focuses upon Edmonton's strong communities, and the ways in which each of them is connected to the other. There are also videos available with titles including, "A Rebuildable City," "Greener as We Grow," and "Inclusive and Compassionate."
