Raymond Block celebrated its grand opening last week, marking completion of the highly anticipated addition to the Whyte Avenue streetscape, following nearly two years of construction. Wexford Developments held an open house for both the residential and office components, including tours of some of the residential suites.

Now approximately 50% leased, many smaller suites have apparently been swept up, with several larger suites still up for grabs.

A wide range of suite options are still available, from 668 square-foot bachelor suites to 1,041 square-feet 2-bed 2-bath corner units.

The office space, which occupies the entirety of the second floor, is also still seeking tenants, with partitioning options as small as 1,376 square feet up to the entire floor of 24,688 square feet available.

The ground-floor retail spaces that line the popular Whyte Avenue shopping district are nearly all leased, with only one 1,060 square-foot bay still available.

The remaining bays will soon be home to Remedy Cafe's new Whyte Avenue location (taking the largest and most prominent space on the corner), a Miniso lifestyle brand store, Blaze Pizza, and Five Guys burger shop. A 7-Eleven is already open in the middle bay.
