Coronation Park's Queen Elizabeth ll Planetarium is now a designated municipal heritage resource after a Council vote last week. The iconic flying saucer-like facility has fallen into disrepair but will be restored through an agreement between the City and the Telus World of Science, a deal that allows the venue to be turned into a programming space and production studio.
