Seems like genius marketing! What was the last purpose built condo? Symphony? With its cheap finishes and 1-piece fibreglass tub/shower installs. Perfect timing in a market with no other quality options out there!

Maybe not so much our market, but the market. Many developers here are probably focused mostly on potential local customers or do not have the connections to reach and sell to the broader market this company wants to reach.

They have also bought large pieces of land in Innisfail and Sylvan Lake with quite ambitious plans for both. Seem to be jumping into the Alberta market with both feet.
