Ever Red already built their large office and retail development on Gateway Blvd, which is much larger than this project, so I say yes.

They have experience with scale, but so far everything they've built has been a nondescript square box. This would be a rather significant departure, stylistically. I hope they pull it off.

They're definitely putting themselves out there. Would be great to see them expand beyond parking lots with boxes.

If they can pull this off at half the price point of Clifton, it’ll be a quick sell out. View of groat road vs prime city and river valley views. No comparison unless you’re a snob that wants to be Glendora adjacent lol.

I mean, 124th and high street are also pretty good sells haha. The dining within a 8min walk of the Clifton is arguably the best in the city beyond CBD.

They're both excellent locations. Choosing one over the other doesn't strike me as "snobby".
