Norwood Boulevard Corridor Study

[Daveography]

This important corridor study will seek to transform a large portion of Norwood Boulevard (111 Avenue and 112 Avenue) from 109 Street to 86 Street.

The study will focus on:

• updating current land use policies
• improving transportation (particularly for pedestrians and cyclists)
• promoting new design policies and other changes to help create a street of exceptional quality for all people to work, live, learn and play

The City is holding a public meeting about the Norwood Boulevard Corridor Study.

Date: Wednesday, June 22
Time: 6-8:30pm, presentation from approximately 6:30-7pm
Location: Ital Canadian Seniors Association,
9111 110 Ave NW, Edmonton

City staff will be available to explain details of the study and answer public questions.

The City Of Edmonton is hosting a second Norwood Boulevard Corridor Study open house on November 30, 2016. City employees will be on hand to provide project updates, answer questions and give an opportunity for the public to express their ideas on how to recreate Norwood Boulevard.
