Westmount 122 is a 25-unit purpose-built apartment project located on 122 St and 111 Ave, in the prestigious Edmonton neighbourhood of Westmount.

The current project design includes a living roof, an on-site car sharing program, rooftop amenities, rainwater recycling, and solar PV technology.

Breaking ground anticipated early 2020.

Now, can anyone tell me what those milky white panels on the building are likely to be -- right answers will be accredited to a near-future brewed libation of your select preference courtesy of moi.

@archited, love it! I was going to guess a type of Aluminum panel (Honecomb?) but since it's Gardner I'll guess cementitious Panel, which could be good if high quality like this example,

But my final answer is,
Densglass (but cant another material be applied overtop?)

I'm loving all of these new low rise developments happening in the mature neighborhoods! This kinda stuff is what we're gonna need more of with another 1 million people coming in over the next few decades.
