This is the kind of thing Edmonton needs. Neighborhood amenities are crucial for walkablility and a strong community. Is it already zoned for this then?

@seamusmcuffs It's zoned CNC (Neighbourhood Convenience Commercial Zone), so most of the proposed uses are permitted, and the rest at the discretion of the DO.

Unfortunately, there has been no progress on this project for months. It appears that they have left a half-finished building on the corner of a residential street. Very unfortunate for residents.
