A very celebrated local restaurant is also relocating to the NW corner of the 102/124 intersection.

There is a flurry of new office tenants moving this year into buildings along 124th Street between 102nd & SPR.

I agree the market size for food & beverage does have a cap, but between the daytime lunch / happy hour crowd and the new residents from MB and other nearby residential projects, it is as strong of a location as anywhere if a bar/restaurant have a strong concept and good execution.

I believe this is the sign that I can share....

Doesn't seem like a relocation so much as a "new restaurant concept"?

I like Sabor, but I truly wonder if they are biting off more than they can chew. Not all of these experiments are successful. (Remember Urbano Pizza???)

I'm worried though - does this mean that Sabor will be closing their 103 St location (across from Bay/ECC)?

"A restaurant concept by Sabor" doesn't strike me as the same thing as Sabor. I mean, who knows, but when I read this signage my first guess would be that Sabor is staying where they are and opening up something new here.

Lots of good features to this building. Open, airy and comfortable. The black exterior - brings it down a bit though. Window framing in black with the gold soffits was an excellent choice but the solid black exterior is too much. Could have been used more sparingly. To my eye anyways.
