Ok, ok, here's a positive post: This project looks amazing and I'm really excited to see it coming together.

I agree, I think this one is superb and sets a good example for other low-rise block buildings in the area 👀

I'm hoping this project helps prove that high quality, mid-rise rentals can work well in a place like Edmonton - even with concrete. Relatively low land cost + a reduced schedule (as compared to highrise) should play out favourably from a proforma perspective, especially considering the expense of construction/mezz debt right now.
