Interesting. "L" shaped floor plate & kind of looks like a zig-zag facade kind of like Manulife Place. Is that a sloped rooftop with trees (aka winter toboggan hill amenity only for the brave⛷?)? I like it!

Here's an update as to where we're at with this project. Our rezoning is currently in circulation and we are addressing various comments received from response agencies. We are hoping to move this forward to Council by May/June.
