Get those CRUs filled (with some interesting businesses) and this will start to be one of the coolest spots in the city to hang out. VERY curious to see how this looks for the playoffs next year. That next tower should have no problem filling up.

If I were a betting man, I'd put money on Qualico starting Tower II before May next year, maybe even earlier.

I like the choice of paving stones for walk and a bit of concrete to the side for bike lock up/light fixtures etc

It's absolutely stunning. I question how it will hold up in winter though. Will those boards not turn into ice, along with the stonework in the gaps on the last picture. Hope I'm wrong though, as I mentioned, absolutely great job on the look and feel of the paths.

When I took my pics there was a security guard walking around out there.

While I do think retail will really struggle there, I do hope that a restaurant or cafe opens to make great use of the space.

So it is open to the general public. Thought it would be security swipe passed or something along those lines for residents only.
