I think that there was talk at one time of being 39 storeys in total and then someone saw a development permit that said 37 storeys. Does that include the existing podium -- I believe so,

Nope…..pretty sure the last iteration was bumped up to 458 units and 37 + podium

Of course it will, a lot smaller and much less excavation, earthmoving required given it's being built on top of the existing parkade.

I missed the part of "Close to lease up." However, could have sworn it has 258 units rather than the "285" listed in the article...

You'd think that the editor of Western Investor would know that Qualico Properties is Winnipeg based corporately and Edmonton/Calgary based operationally, not "Vancouver based".

The Switch/Stationlands is a classy project.

I like the choice of paving stones for walk and a bit of concrete to the side for bike lock up/light fixtures etc
