Yes, sorry, brain fart. I got confused as the Muttart Lands that Stadium Yards is built on was sold to Rohit by Brookfield. So Brookfield was involved in the area but did not build Edgewater, Regency did. Regardless, Stadium Yards blows Edgewater out of the water.

I like punching down on Regency as much as anyone but Edgewater walked so Stadium Yards could run.

It's a laydown yard for now but maybe this will become Stadium Yards Phase 3?
I doubt construction will be completed this year. Maybe early next year?
I assume this land is reserved for a future version of Stadium Yards
I never noticed this until now, but Phase I is now "Dauk Commons"

The laydown yard is indeed supposed to be stage 3 of Stadium Yards. I believe its supposed to have a CRU as well.
I'm pretty sure the lot next to the one under construction is owned by a different developer. Not sure who.

Yes it is, simply noting the new construction is referred to as "Lewis Block."

Lewis Block is the formal name for this development. Look out for a cool public art piece tied to that name in the coming months .

So Westmount store fixtures is having a moving sale. I'm guessing whoever owns the building is either selling or sold the property to a developer that wishes to add more residential.
