I really like that we're seeing more 6-storey "basic" multi-family buildings now, rather than 4 storey. Helps to give the city more of an urban feel.

Yes, the building industry has responded accordingly from when the province relaxed building requirements to allow wood frame buildings up to six storeys. And it will be up to 12 storeys - which already exists and more in places like Europe and BC.
