@goodcitywhenfinished Only a couple 2, 3 vehicles parked there but has been that way for months. Hopefully this Fall but my guess is next year.

Yes it is. I actually think this one will turn out better then the renderings. I guess we'll see.

It's hard to tell, but is there is more brick cladding than the renders proposed? Not easy to tell from the street as all sides are still mostly covered. Some finishes from the renders are hard to make out what is what. Wait and see, hope the covers come off soon.

Some glass going up on the NE corner. Hard to tell in the pics as it was a super bright afternoon, but looks nice. Also seems to be a lot more brick cladding on this one that the renders revealed, guess we'll see soon enough.

That brick is scaring me. If that's the treatment on the front facade, which it looks like is the case, it's gonna be one ugly beast.
Just think, the whole thing could be a stucco special.
I think the podium being a different colour and colour accents will break it up a bit. Won't be amazing by any means, but ugly beast may be a stretch as well.
