Night shots make me wish for a DSLR camera... but regardless, Edmonton has more going for it than most cities twice its age. Follow the yellow brick road...

I thought you had been using a DLSR for your pictures to be honest. But yes, as @Daveography has mentioned a tripod will go a long way for night photography and well, photography in general.
 
@cpnfantstk , Thank you! The skyline has improved immensely over the past 10 years and the potential for a great urban fabric continues to unfold. Present economic environment notwithstanding.
Right. I was away from the city for over 25 years but followed development periodically here. I remember getting excited for the ICON towers (LOL) and then the Epcor development. It was so disappointing in all those years of virtually nothing. 2014 onwards... remarkable... Just 5 years ago...and it continues .
 
I have a few photos to upload of the skyline and a few buildings. However, I am waiting on my wife to finish editing a session she did last weekend while I was away. I'll likely upload them tomorrow, stay tuned.
They're nothing spectacular, but I got a few shots.
