This one is in my neighborhood. I had no idea they already got past rezoning and DP. The retail is positive, and the design somewhat matches the CRUs along 119 street. Dont like how it turns it's back on the dog park with ugly, blank design.

Hey Dave, what is the above application status about? I thought they got their building permit already. I am not as familiar with the application processes, and any insight you can provide would be much appreciated!

@Romanov They did get their DP, but if they substantially change the plans from what was approved (in this case, reducing the size of the building apparently), they need to submit for a new DP.
