I have seen plans and they are great. The rear courtyard will be covered, but the existing brick facades will remain exposed and the west side of the courtyard will be walled in by glass curtain wall (which will have a large door that can allow the space to be open to the outside). This future courtyard space will be quite something.

Apparently, work on the H.B.C. Stables/ Ortona Armouries is to begin next year;

The Ortona will look great once the work is complete. The performance/flex space they are adding to the rear will provide some modern architectural interest to the west facade when going east on Rossdale Road.

Very nice blending of "the now" with "the then". Prices will drop when supply chain anomalies are resolved (trust me?)
