Heard through the grapevine that they're changing GCs on this project..............

Hmmm interesting, I wonder if that is due to something Clark did, or didn't do, if indeed true.

It must be true. All Clark signs have been removed from the worksite when I walked by today at 5pm.

Signs were still there on Friday.

What would the reasons be that a GC would be changed at this point in time on the project?

I wonder what kind of a delay will result in things getting started up again?

I went by Earlier today and they may have began the digging of a 4th level of parking?

There is a DP in to add an additional 5 floors to the tower for a total building height of 67m (22 floors)

Indeed, from 140 to 185 units.

No work happening this week - been by a couple of different days. Is that because of the requested change in DP?

How long does that generally take to get approved?

I hope they don't have to backfill and Re-Shore the site That would take Several Months
But if they keep the current shoring... We may see a few weeks of delay if this is approved

Into the third week now with nothing going on. Previous to this there was a short delay with the GC changed were construction stalled.

Hopefully they get their approvals soon so work can begin again.

This site has been much quieter than Cidex 122.
Now, requesting to add 5 more floors after digging the parkade out will cause delays no doubt. I'm just curious why it was so necessary to add another 5 floors at this point
