I saw this on the site yesterday. Not sure what they are putting together. Is this construction fences/hoarding? Is this now a lay-down site for another development (the one further to the west)?

This is very exciting to see. I lived in 11347 from 2018-2019 (the year it got demolished), and it's pretty strange to see these renderings. The house was so worn out; we called it "Slanty" because of how much it shifted. It's nice that such modern buildings are being constructed there, and that it'll bring so many more residents to the area. This is the sort of density that we need along the LRT corridors so that we can stop expanding outwards!

I took a look here tonight to see if anything changed. Nothing has been built (no development permit has been issued yet), but there is a lot more wood, a telescopic handler, and a port-a-potty (crucial for any project I'm sure). There are also a couple of banners for "Roy-All Builder", but it has absolutely no online presense. I did find the owner's LinkedIn, but it had no information aside from the name of the business. The demolition notices posted on the fence (see the second pic for an example) has the name of the developer and the builder's name (it's a numbered company), so perhaps some folks more experienced than myself can dig some information up about the groups behind this project. Sorry for the low-quality pictures, hopefully they give you an idea of what the site currently looks like.

I know someone involved (or was or still is) and they had to restructure things behind the scenes.
Good, so I'm guessing they still intend to go ahead with this?
@CplKlinger I think Westrich is leasing the land for staging their nearby project.
That makes sense, it would explain why there's barely any room to navigate with all the wood there. When McKernan gates goes ahead, would they need a similar staging point elsewhere?
