That's an interesting corner it's going to be built on. Busy, busy area of the city with the LRT.

I wonder if the neighbours are happy with this development?

We live directly adjacent to the site, on the south side of the site where actual houses still exist. It's unfortunate that they are going to be building such a behemoth right behind our house, the only plus being that they may be upgrading and widening the alleyway between us and this project.

I think larger infill buildings are inevitable for your area given proximity to LRT and the University, among other amenities.
